At OLA Vintage, we celebrate the unique history of every garment and want you to feel confident in your curated finds. If your vintage piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all OLA Vintage tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects the item, we will issue a digital gift card for the full purchase amount to your email within 3-5 business days.
